Tube Assemblies & Ducting

We manufacture tube and duct assemblies for a wide range of airframe, engine and powerplant systems, from hydraulic and fuel lines through to ECS and bleed-air system ducts.

	Materials: Aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, nickel and high temperature alloys.
	CNC tube manipulation capability from 3/16" to 2" tube diameter.
	End –fittings attached by brazing, welding or swaging, both external and internal.
	When required assemblies supplied with either hard or soft insulation.
	System Analysis

Where complete ducting systems are required our engineers undertake detailed analysis to ensure joint type and locations are optimised and stresses within the system minimised.
