Liquid / Air cooled cold plates
are designed for very high power
applications where space is at
a premium.
It combines two main techniques:
Vacuum Brazing Machining
The cooling circuit is machined
into the plate before vacuum
brazing and is totally dependent
upon the application.
The circuit is defined and
optimised according to the power
and configuration of components
to be cooled. This can vary from
a simple channel to a corrugated
circuit for high power requirements.
